The organisers have in place a contigency plan to ensure that the event
goes ahead in all but the most severe of weather conditions.

This year’s event will again take place on the boatyard adjacent to the Marina site used in previous years, which offers more natural shelter. A large marquee can be erected covering much of the area if required.
In the unlikely event that we have no alternative but to cancel the event, we will make online announcements on danceontheduver.co.uk and bembridgeharbour.co.uk
In the event of cancellation the procedure for ticket refunds will be published on the event website. Any ticket monies unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to the charities.
